Delivery Experience

Chris is involved in DA’s federal grants work, leading the design of technical assistance programs for the Local Infrastructure Hub to help small- and medium-sized cities access federal infrastructure funding. He leads a team that works closely with partners and subject matter experts to provide tailored grant support, enabling cities to effectively leverage these funds for projects that prioritize equity and climate.

Chris has supported both the Community Funding Accelerator’s successful effort to secure a $52M EDA Tech Hub grant and a Build Back Better Regional Challenge grant-winning coalition focused on transforming regional mobility systems.

Other Experience

Chris was previously a Senior Program Specialist at the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service, where he helped ensure that people around the country had access to healthy food. In this role, he oversaw emergency hunger relief programs across the Western U.S., including working across multiple levels of government to ensure millions of Americans received the assistance they needed during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
