We’re looking for a Product Designer with 4+ years of UI/UX work experience to join our growing digital team at Delivery Associates. We’re a recognized leader in government delivery who combines the Silicon Valley approach with delivering real results for residents. Our suite of dashboarding, web products and digital tools support and drive positive outcomes for people around the world and deal with a wide range of critical subjects such as education, healthcare, housing, climate, government assistance etc.

In your role at DA Digital the potential tasks you could be given are broad ranging and might include designing dashboard products, designing US city public websites, designing learning platforms, assisting user research on new projects, pitching designs to clients and colleagues, uploading data/content and designing presentations. We’re looking for someone who is dynamic, understands the big picture and wants to do much more for the project than only use design software.

As the team at Delivery Associates are entirely remote and based all over the world we use Slack, Zoom and other tools to keep in touch and track projects. We hold weekly digital social catchups as well as monthly company-wide updates with the occasional online and in-person retreat to socialize and learn from others in the company. We don’t have a fixed work schedule so you can negotiate a schedule that works for you and for the team. We offer very competitive salary and benefits relative to your amount of work experience.

Required Skills / Experiences

• 4+ years of UI/UX experience designing and shipping products across mobile and desktop
• Expert using Figma, Adobe Illustrator (or a similar vector based tool) and creating indepth prototypes.
• Experience designing user dashboard-type flows with complex UX patterns
• Eye for aesthetics. You design beautiful views and interactions that inspire joy 
• Autonomous and proactive. You take full ownership of work and care about the details
• Open to feedback. You both have opinions and welcome critiques to get to better outcomes
• Eager to learn. You love learning new tools or new subject areas to get smarter
• Impact driven. You have insatiable curiosity for how we could be better

Desired Skills / Experiences

• Familiar with agile product development
• Dashboard, analytics experience
• Basic front end development skills (HTML, CSS, SASS)
• Webflow design experience
