Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Project Leader to join our growingconsulting team in Latin America (based in Brazil).
DA Project Leaders are senior professional services managers,simultaneously leading multiple projects or major workstreams, responsible forshaping the work we do and end-to-end management. They are responsible formaintaining and growing senior relationships, while leading and coaching teamsof experienced Delivery Leaders and Associates.
In this role, you’ll work across a range of contexts - directly withcommunity nonprofits and within their local ecosystems, collaborating withfederal, state and local level governments for policy implementation, as wellas working with large national on-profit or funder initiatives driving policyoutcomes, partnering with them to design, shape, and scope impactfulinitiatives and interventions. You’ll support programs, policies, andinitiatives that span outcomes in a vast array of areas, ranging from climate /environment to education to public health.
We are strongly interested in candidates with proven experience andexpertise in key sectors for our Latin America team, which includes: a) use ofAI for public sector; b) climate and environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage project teams: Organize teams and delegate tasks toensure efficient project execution, fostering a healthy teaming culture.
● Build key relationships: Cultivate trust, influence, and astrong sense of partnership among senior stakeholders.
● Lead problem solving: Guide colleagues and partners inbreaking down issues to identify root causes and develop solutions.
● Facilitate collaboration: Lead effective meetings and workshopsthat drive forward problem solving and consensus.
● Navigate complex engagements: Lead multi-stakeholder engagements incomplex environments with curiosity, empathy, and the ability to influencepartner teams for collective progress.
● Design stakeholder reporting: Develop client reports, dashboards, andcommunication materials, transforming complex challenges and resolutions intoclear, concise memos and well-structured presentations.
● Support practice and domaindevelopment: Participate in and lead internal initiatives and contribute to theorganization and the growth of our work, as well as to advance our subjectmatter expertise and internal IP within and across our practices.

RequiredSkills/Experiences:
● Educational background: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’sdegree in a relevant field strongly preferred (e.g. Public Policy, EconomicDevelopment, International Relations). Requisite years of professionalexperience and/or apprenticeship pathways will also be considered in lieu offormal education.
● Professional experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant andfull-time work experience in consulting, other professional services, or as asenior manager in government and public sector delivery. Experience withpriority areas such as IA for public sector or climate/environment is a plus.
● Team leadership: Proven track record leading / managinga team of early-to-mid career-level contributors in a professional services orproject-based context.
● Project management experience: Demonstrated experience in managingcomplex projects and programs.
● Fluency in English/Spanish: Excellent verbal and written Englishcommunication skills. Fluency in Spanish is desired.
● Authorization + location requirements: Must be based in and have workauthorization in Brazil. Delivery Associates will not sponsor applicants forwork visas.
