Overview
We are looking for a Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our Central Finance Operations team. In this high-impact role, you'll turn complex financial data into clear insights that influence business-critical decisions. You’ll be the key finance contact for regional and project teams, supporting the entire project lifecycle—from business development to execution—with data-driven analysis, robust financial modeling, and reporting. This role blends financial acumen with technical skill. You will drive excellence in reporting, forecasting, and analysis, while contributing to data process automation, governance, and dashboard development. You will also support leadership with timely and reliable data to guide strategic planning and financial performance management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards. Ensure high-quality data is available to inform forecasting, sensitivity analysis, budgeting, and board reporting.
  • Lead the Accounts Consolidation and Reconciliation process, ensuring completeness, consistency, and accuracy of inputs for P&L reporting, including quality assurance checks and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare revenue and profitability breakdowns by accounts, markets, and domains to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain scenario models to assess the financial impact of pricing changes, headcount shifts, or delivery timeline adjustments.

2. Pipeline & Business Partnering

  • Owner of Pipeline report & dashboard, responsible for revenue forecasting and providing pipeline updates to leadership and investors.  
  • Partnership Desk: Support internal BD efforts, ensuring financial quotes are robust and aligned with our commercial and pricing strategy

3. Data Infrastructure & Automation

  • Improve and automate ETL processes to reduce manual data handling.
  • Maintain source-to-report traceability, including QA and validation protocols.
  • Build data integrity safeguards through anomaly detection, version control, and automated checks.
  • Conduct data quality reviews and ensure alignment across core systems

4. Capacity Building & Financial Literacy

  • Host targeted training sessions for Project Managers and Project Owners to strengthen their financial management capabilities across the project lifecycle (from business development and contract negotiation to sales and implementation)
  • Promote financial literacy and data fluency across the organization to empower teams, improve data inputs, and strengthen finance-informed decision-making.

  • Proficient in Excel and Power Query. Familiarity with Python is highly desirable.
  • Experience querying SQL databases (ideally Azure SQL).

Required Skills/Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.  
  • 3+ years in a financial analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with PSA, ERP, or CRM systems (e.g., Xero, CMAP, Salesforce).
  • Power BI skills or experience maintaining dashboards is a strong plus
  • Strong track record of working with both data and people to drive decisions and performance.
