Job Description

As part of a growing creative team, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to be our details and process person. Highly organized and detail oriented, you will coordinate several projects at once. You will also have the opportunity to help us define, refine, and adapt our creative process with the goal of creating a standard that is efficient, effective, and sustainable for our team.

Additionally, as a Senior Project Coordinator you would be responsible for communicating with our colleagues on the larger internal consulting team, as well as external clients. To succeed at this task, you must possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build relationships grounded in professionalism, strategic direction, clear expectations, and healthy boundaries. The ideal candidate for this role will be a natural organizer, a trusted collaborator and a calming force for a busy team. 

As a Senior Project Coordinator you will:

  • Collaborate with our team to generate and maintain SOWs for each project, including timelines, resource allocations, and budgets
  • Manage inbound requests from internal clients across Delivery Associates, triaging resources and timelines while building out a process
  • Develop and maintain budgets for projects
  • Track projects, invoices, and allocations for DA Creative within CMAP and with our accounting team
  • Coordinate invoicing for freelance talent, as well as invoices to clients
  • Assess and recommend new tools and systems for workflow support
  • Implement the usage of a preferred project management tool in the creative process, including onboarding DA Creative
  • Manage project timelines and milestones for distribution within DA Creative, the larger internal team, and external clients.
  • Schedule and host weekly status with DA Creative to ensure project milestones are met, blockers are identified, and delays are addressed.
  • Facilitate communication between DA Creative and external clients or other internal departments to instill and enforce process, workflows, and tools that support the success of each account.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of DA creative scopes and timesheets to adjust estimates and timelines moving forward


A Day in the Life

Here are some examples of what your work may look like:

  • Lead status with DA Creative to review upcoming deliverables and ensure all team members have necessary resources for success.
  • Update project management tool and timelines to reflect changes discussed during status, and if necessary, communicate these changes to the larger internal team.
  • Develop project estimates
  • Assist in workload forecasting and management
  • Attend client meetings to assess project feedback, factor in additional requests for projects, and communicate impact to scopes and timelines.
  • Review and submit invoices for freelancers and contractors.
  • Work with Head of Creative to review scopes for new businesses or additional project requests.
  • Attend Town Halls and other internal virtual meetings to understand what’s happening at the firm as a whole.



  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a project manager
  • Strong communication skills, including writing
  • Understanding of creative process within a fast-paced agency
  • Experience working in CMAP and Workfront preferred
  • Experience managing scopes and finances for multiple projects at once
  • Available to collaborate with teams in Americas time zones
  • HSED or above
