Description

We are currently seeking a senior staffing and workforce planning leader to join our growing Staffing function. The Staffing team enables DA’s delivery by ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time, aligned with business priorities, delivery needs, and people commitments.

As the Senior Staffing Manager, you will provide senior leadership across multiple regions or a large, complex staffing portfolio. You will act as a bridge between regional staffing leadership and global staffing strategy, strengthening governance, consistency, and scalability across the organisation. The role partners closely with regional leaders, People, Finance, and Operations to manage workforce planning, utilisation, and capacity risks, while leading complex staffing challenges at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee staffing operations across multiple regions or portfolios, ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to regional leadership on workforce planning, utilisation, and capacity risks.
  • Ensure robust governance, data quality, and decision-making standards across all staffing activities.
  • Drive cross-regional alignment on staffing processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Support and coach Staffing Managers, building leadership capability and succession within the staffing function.
  • Lead complex staffing challenges, including cross-region demand, constrained capacity, and competing priorities.
  • Partner closely with People, Finance, and Operations on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and utilisation management.
  • Sponsor and lead continuous improvement initiatives across staffing systems, processes, and analytics.
  • Champion equity, transparency, and well-being in staffing decisions at scale.

Required Skills/Experiences:

  • Professional experience: 7–10 years of experience in staffing, resourcing, or workforce planning, ideally within consulting or professional services.
  • Leadership experience: Proven experience leading multi-region or complex staffing operations, including managing and developing staffing leaders.
  • Operational judgment: Strong commercial and operational judgment in workforce and utilisation decisions.
  • Change leadership: Experience driving process improvement and system adoption at scale.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Authorization and location: Has the right to work authorization in Ireland, Brazil or Peru, and is based out of these countries.
