Job Description

In this role, you'll wear multiple hats, from being an individual contributor responsible for your own requisition load to acting as a conduit between the talent acquisition team and our senior leadership. You should be comfortable providing coaching and mentorship to the TA team while driving our recruitment success globally. This role is fully remote but the candidate should be based in North America and will likely start in January 2024. 

Key Responsibilities:

People Leadership:

  • Coach and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Set clear objectives for team members, regularly reviewing progress and performance metrics to drive professional growth
  • Represent the TA team as part of the wider People Leadership Team

Team Support:

  • Act as a bridge between the TA team and senior leadership, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Support team members in their daily tasks and requisition management, ensuring a high level of productivity

Requisition Ownership:

  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach by owning an individual requisition load 
  • Owning all operational aspects of meeting hiring goals as well as providing strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on long term talent acquisition goals 

Communication, Partnering and Stakeholder Management:

  • Utilize superior communication skills to partner with senior leadership and provide valuable insights and updates
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment by interacting with stakeholders globally 

Data Interpretation:

  • Comfortably handle reporting and data interpretation, using metrics to make informed decisions and drive improvements

Process Improvements:

  • While not the primary focus, actively identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend improvements to streamline operations

Required Experience:


  • A minimum of 6 years experience as a recruiter for an internal team, ideally in a high volume environment
  • Proven experience in people leadership, coaching, and providing feedback as a team lead or senior individual contributor 
  • A proactive, resourceful and agile mindset is essential for this role 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with senior leadership
  • Comfortable setting objectives, reviewing progress, and enhancing team performance
  • Previous experience hiring for top-tier consulting firms is desirable but not essential 
  • Experience using Greenhouse, Slack and Google Suite
  • Fluent written and spoken English
