In this role, you'll wear multiple hats, from being an individual contributor responsible for your own requisition load to acting as a conduit between the talent acquisition team and our senior leadership. You should be comfortable providing coaching and mentorship to the TA team while driving our recruitment success globally. Key Responsibilities:
People Leadership:
- Coach and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Set clear objectives for team members, regularly reviewing progress and performance metrics to drive professional growth
- Represent the TA team as part of the wider People Leadership Team
Team Support:
- Act as a bridge between the TA team and senior leadership, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Support team members in their daily tasks and requisition management, ensuring a high level of productivity
Requisition Ownership:
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach by owning an individual requisition load
- Owning all operational aspects of meeting hiring goals as well as providing strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on long term talent acquisition goals
Communication, Partnering and Stakeholder Management:
- Utilize superior communication skills to partner with senior leadership and provide valuable insights and updates
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment by interacting with stakeholders globally
Data Interpretation:
- Comfortably handle reporting and data interpretation, using metrics to make informed decisions and drive improvements
Process Improvements:
- While not the primary focus, actively identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend improvements to streamline operations
Required Experience:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years experience as a recruiter for an internal team, ideally in a high volume environment
- Proven experience in people leadership, coaching, and providing feedback as a team lead or senior individual contributor
- A proactive, resourceful and agile mindset is essential for this role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with senior leadership
- Comfortable setting objectives, reviewing progress, and enhancing team performance
- Previous experience hiring for top-tier consulting firms is desirable but not essential
- Experience using Greenhouse, Slack and Google Suite
- Fluent written and spoken English
