- MEd, International Education Policy, Harvard Graduate School of Education
- BA, English & Political Science, University of Connecticut
Delivery Experience
Allie is leveraging her knowledge and experience in education to help the Walton Foundation create a vision and strategy for investment in education data policy and advocacy.
Other Experience
When schools closed due to the COVID-19 crisis, Allie led research efforts to determine if and how states could measure student academic growth—a critical data point for evaluating school quality—without 2020 test scores. She helped assemble a coalition of educational leaders, advocates, and measurement experts to better understand the problem, and authored a first-of-its-kind report on recommendations and considerations for state leaders. Multiple states implemented the recommendations and went on to publish 2021 growth data.
