Education
Delivery Experience
Ari is currently working with a new philanthropy and advocacy organization to advance equity and economic mobility for Connecticut residents. His work involves analyzing the stakeholder landscape, leveraging intersectoral data, identifying priority outcome indicators, and recommending an initial data and development strategy for the organization.
Other Experience
Ari has conducted tailored research and advising for a variety of governments, nonprofits, and philanthropies, including government agencies in Brazil and South Africa, the USAID Global Development Lab and US State Department, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Global Innovation Fund. As Senior Manager at IDinsight, Ari led diverse teams to tackle complex questions for clients, including how the Government of Malawi could improve a rural cash-for-work program before scaling up nationwide.
Previously, he managed an initiative to foster peer learning on evidence-based policymaking among African government agencies, and led community education and health programs in Mozambique and Indonesia with the US Peace Corps and Fulbright Fellowship.
