Carla is an enthusiastic HR professional experienced in multicultural and dynamic work environments across various HR areas, including talent management, employee relations, learning & development, employee experience, and budgeting and cost control. She considers challenges one of her greatest motivators, and is committed to people's sustainability.
Carla oversees DA’s people operations, from people processes and compliance to performance calibration. She also works on DA’s global talent strategy, L&D, and recruitment.
Prior to joining DA, Carla worked for a global retail company, where she standardized and digitalised the onboarding process. Her contributions had a direct impact on reducing employee turnover and increasing engagement.
Carla also worked as a People Partner for a major hotel group. In this role, she supported implementation of a data information tool, a centralized platform containing people data and analytics, to help the company track progress against global KPIs and metrics. She trained 150+ stakeholders to use the tool and worked on change management for the organization.
