Delivery Experience

Chris supports a Build Back Better Regional Challenge grant-winning coalition to revolutionize mobility in their region. He works with the coalition to build systems and processes necessary for success and collaborates with coalition partners to solve complex program delivery challenges.

As part of the team supporting the Local Infrastructure Hub, Chris leads the design of technical assistance programs to help small- and medium-sized cities access federal infrastructure funding. He works closely with partners and subject matter experts to provide tailored grant support and guidance on effectively leveraging infrastructure funds to deliver significant impact to residents, particularly in the areas of equity and climate.

Chris has previously worked with education non-profits to expand their impact and prepare more young people for the modern workforce.

Other Experience

Chris was previously a Senior Program Specialist at the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service, where he helped ensure that people around the country had access to healthy food. In this role, he oversaw emergency hunger relief programs across the Western U.S., including working across multiple levels of government to ensure millions of Americans received the assistance they needed during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
