Delivery Experience

Colin is currently working with foundations to implement bold initiatives and measure their impact on improving educational opportunity and equity. His work focuses on supporting organizations with process mapping, measurement and evaluation, and using data-informed practices.

Other Experience

Prior to joining DA, Colin served as Chief of Data & Strategy at DC Public Schools where he supported the district’s ambitious education reforms and COVID-19 response. Colin has extensive experience in performance management, strategic planning, data systems, research, and evaluation. He has worked in government at the local and state levels. He previously worked for the Governor of Maryland (Governor’s Delivery Unit) and at multiple research organizations where he focused on education policy and workforce development.
