Diana has 10 years of experience managing projects, conducting analytical work and participating in policy dialogue on education and economics in Latin America and the United States.
Diana supports a four-organization partnership to design and implement a program that helps local governments in the U.S. drive economic mobility and racial equity outcomes.
She also collaborates with a nonprofit to provide training and technical assistance for city financial leaders from 28 U.S. cities, in which they learn and apply new strategies for confronting budget crises, and strengthen their commitment to equity in the wake of COVID-19.
Prior to joining Delivery Associates, Diana worked at the Inter-American Development Bank, where she designed, implemented and evaluated education projects in Chile, Colombia, Guatemala and Peru, in collaboration with governments and NGOs. She also conducted analytical work on teachers’ policies and socio-emotional learning in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Diana worked for over three years in the Peruvian public sector. She planned the implementation of a new meritocratic teachers' law, prepared the education budget, and led the preparation of multi-year macro-fiscal frameworks.
