Summary
DA’s CFO & Director of Operations, Didier has broad experience in global companies and private equity portfolio businesses. He has set up and managed international finance and operations teams and has taken part in the management of companies in both good and challenging times. He has also participated in and led successful acquisitions, post-merger integrations, divestments and exits with tangible value creation outputs for all stakeholders involved.

Didier is working to enhance the various tools DA uses in its operations and to improve DA’s internal performance and external positive impact.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, and for the last 15 years, Didier worked mainly in portfolio companies of private equity funds. His work involved refinancing, restructuring, M&A and exits.
More recently, Didier contributed to value creation and reorganization at Cloudreach, an ex-portfolio company of the Private Equity Blackstone, which eventually made a sale possible to Atos, a French quoted group.
