Edmond's experience includes coordination of data, stakeholders, and frontline teams to improve public services for women and families in under-developed nations. His acumen for data modeling and relationship building, combined with a deep understanding of local needs and contexts, makes him a strong addition to any team of funders, governments, or NGOs working to deliver on-the-ground impact, even in contexts where political or logistical challenges add complexity to the work.
Edmond coordinates with more than 10 partners – including funders, governments, multinational health organizations, and more – to deliver free family planning to women in West Africa; his work includes digitizing a data collection system that works in low-tech environments and building out dashboards that help leaders focus and refine their efforts. He has also helped build a COVID-19 dashboard to track the availability of critical supplies in health facilities across the country.
Prior to joining DA, Edmond was a business analyst at McKinsey, where he designed a pharmaceutical waste management strategy for a country in West Africa; helped a north African country boost its exports; created industrial clusters in a North African country; and built and delivered recovery plans for two state-owned companies in West Africa.
