Erica Hummel

Erica is helping one of the world's largest environmental advocacy organizations develop a strategic plan to combat climate change, and to create an impact and evaluation function to measure their progress. She also supports cities around the world as part of the Collaboration Management for Impact program through Bloomberg Philanthropies, which helps cities deliver on key priorities like affordable housing, infrastructure improvement, and COVID-19 recovery.

As an experienced management and strategy consultant, Erica has advised Fortune 50 companies, nonprofits, and other leading organizations to develop and implement fact-based strategies across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Among other projects, she has worked to expand digital financial inclusion in Sub-Saharan Africa through a public-private partnership, and to launch a disruptive new medical device in the United States that will reduce post-surgical infections. She has also worked in venture capital and has a soft spot for innovative and ethical consumer products.
