Delivery Experience

Fernando is supporting a Middle Eastern country’s vision and development strategy through project design, implementation, and performance indicator tracking.

Other Experience

Prior to joining DA, Fernando supported the establishment of Delivery Units in three different countries and regions, adapting to each team’s cultural differences and capabilities to help create a culture of delivery. He also worked with a multilateral development bank to design and implement regional and country strategies. This work involved connecting governments’ strategic plans with regional countries’ challenges, needs, and business opportunities. As a result, the region received additional project funding which led to increased business and development.
