Delivery Experience

At Delivery Associates, Fiorella has worked alongside: 

  • the Government of The Bahamas to reduce chronic absenteeism by 94% and reduce serious crimes by 28%; 
  • the Government of Jamaica to increase student attendance by 15%; 
  • the Government of Uruguay to plan its early childhood development approach; 
  • the Government of Paraguay to establish its Delivery Unit and develop comprehensive plans for its priorities;
  • the Regional Government of Cajamarca, Peru, to reduce chronic patients' waiting times by five hours;
  • the Regional Government of Cusco, Peru, to increase staff productivity by 20%;
  • the Government of Peru to increase confidence in the police by 16%; 
  • the Government of Saint Lucia to develop a Country Financing Roadmap to sustain its progress towards Sustainable Development Goals; 
  • and the Pacific Alliance to clarify its strategic objectives and thereby enhance its performance management model. 

In addition to leading DA’s partnership in The Bahamas, Fiorella is supporting the Government of Chile to institutionalize its gender mainstreaming capabilities and is working with the Ministry of Housing to reduce the number of families in precarious housing settlements. 

Other Experience

Fiorella was head of the political team at the British Embassy in Lima, where she secured support for the first ever government-to-government agreement to organize the Pan-American Games and led Peru's reconstruction efforts. She was awarded the Order of the Knight by Colombia's Parliament for her contribution to strengthening the Pacific Alliance. She has also worked for the Inter-American Development Bank and Peru’s National Youth Secretariat.
