Fiorella has advised bilateral organizations and governments across Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe on a range of topics including advocacy, security and justice, political networking, public policy development, performance enhancement and strategic communications and reporting. She is a sharp political analyst and compelling public speaker who understands that moving the numbers is about making a difference in people's lives.
Fiorella has worked alongside the government of The Bahamas to reduce serious crimes by 40pp; the government of Peru to increase confidence in the police by 16 pp; the government of Saint Lucia to develop a Country Financing Roadmap to sustain its progress towards Sustainable Development Goals; and the Pacific Alliance to clarify its strategic objectives and thereby enhance its performance management model.
Fiorella was Head of the Political Team at the British Embassy in Lima, where she secured support for the first ever Government-to-Government agreement to organize the Pan-American Games, and led Peru's reconstruction efforts. She was awarded the Order of the Knight by Colombia's Parliament for her contribution to strengthening the Pacific Alliance.
