


Isabella Wolney Carnauba

A member of DA’s Latin America team, Isabella is currently supporting cities through her work with a major philanthropy. She offers technical assistance to help cities leverage data more efficiently, enabling them to address pressing challenges and, ultimately, enhance the quality of life for residents.
Isabella also supported non-profit organizations to reduce the illiteracy rate in Brazil by 50% and improve the education system.
Prior to joining DA, Isabella was a product manager at Endeavor Brazil, a global NGO stimulating high-impact entrepreneurship to drive economic development. There, she managed the national acceleration program, which annually supports more than 200 of Brazil’s most promising scale-ups. She also designed a capacity building program that helped 60+ non-profit organizations create, implement and scale social innovation solutions in vulnerable communities across Brazil.
