Delivery Experience

Josh leads delivery work across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, setting direction, guiding teams, and supporting governments to prioritise and follow through on reform. He adapts delivery approaches to different political, institutional, and cultural contexts, helping teams put in place the skills and routines needed to deliver results over time.

Other Experience

Josh was a founding member of the New South Wales Government’s Premier’s Implementation Unit, where he led priority work across health, urban planning, and domestic violence reduction. In the Department of Customer Service, he led a whole-of-government initiative to improve families’ experience in the first five years of a child’s life, working across agencies to drive coordinated action. Earlier in his career, Josh worked in urban planning and infrastructure as a town planner and strategic advisor to local government, giving him a strong grounding in how policy decisions translate into delivery on the ground.
