Josh applies his expertise in Deliverology and adapts these tools to what is needed. Josh has successfully worked across multiple Australian jurisdictions applying these principles.
Other Experience
Josh was a founding member of New South Wales Government's Premier's Implementation Unit and led priorities in areas of Health, Urban Planning and Domestic Violence reduction. In his previous role within the Department of Customer Service (NSW), Josh drew on customer experience best practice, leading a whole of Government initiative to improve families' experience in the first five years of a child's life. Josh started out his career in the Urban Planning and Infrastructure sectors as both a Town Planner and Strategic Advisor to local government.
