Kelly is an experienced HR professional who has supported domestic and global teams in various industries across several HR disciplines including recruitment, career lifecycle support, organisational development, learning, systems, and global mobility.
Kelly is currently supporting the North America, Latin America and Caribbean, and Creative teams from a people operations perspective. She facilitates HR procedures throughout the employee experience, from the offer letter to the offboarding process.
Kelly previously provided HR support to a large global team. When she observed that time zone challenges were preventing her team from connecting with their HR counterparts in the APAC region, she took on the important task of relationship building. By prioritising and joining calls in APAC time zones, Kelly enhanced her team’s collaboration with their APAC HR colleagues and increased visibility on APAC teams’ performance. The APAC HR teams, in turn, received more communication and guidance throughout the performance cycle, increasing transparency in the process. She learned a great deal about working with staff around the world and building relationships.
