He uses his experience and perspective as a former City of South Bend employee to better understand and deliver the products clients need.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Kheran built a team of developers and GIS experts in the City of South Bend's Innovation and Technology Department. He and the team weathered the brunt of COVID-19 and transitioned to working from home, all while maintaining their ability to deliver excellent products and processes.
