Lucia is currently supporting local governments in using data more effectively to help solve critical problems and, ultimately, improve residents' lives.
Other Experience
At Peru’s Ministry of Economy and Finance, Lucia led the implementation of a strategic monitoring system evaluating the quality of public spending in ten prioritized public services, including health facilities, police stations, and domestic violence centers, with a total public budget of 35+ billion. The monitoring system helps the government identify and break down complex problems and develop joint solutions with the different ministries in charge of service provision. Lucia also led a team of over 60 members through the system rollout in the Lima and Callao regions.
