Marlène is currently supporting the Madagascar Ministry of Agriculture and Gabon Presidency with the establishment of Delivery Units.

Marlène was previously a governance senior analyst at TBI. In this role, she helped with government priorities projects for the Presidential Delivery Unit of Togo. She also worked closely with the Minister of Agriculture on mechanisms to improve smallholder access to international markets and with the Minister of Investment Promotion on national strategy to facilitate and attract FDIs.
