Delivery Experience

Maruxa helped reduce wait times for patients with chronic conditions at the regional hospital in Cajamarca, Peru, by more than 60% in 6 months. Additionally, she assisted Uruguay's centre of government in developing roadmaps to clarify its strategic objectives, thereby enhancing performance with respect to two priorities. Maruxa is currently working alongside the Government of The Bahamas to reduce student absenteeism and chronic absenteeism. During the 2022-23 school year, after her team began working on the project, there was a 92.4% reduction nationwide in the number of students who missed +50% days of school.

Other Experience

Previously, Maruxa managed a national-level monitoring and evaluation system to track the performance indicators of pedagogical interventions in Peru; she also provided training and assistance to improve the performance indicators.
