Miluska is part of DA's Latin America team and is working with Bloomberg Philanthropies and What Works Cities (WWC) to upskill cities in their use of data decision-making. Miluska also offers technical assistance to the Regional Government of Cusco, helping implement a delivery unit. Her focus is on data analysis, monitoring and training.

Miluska worked in the Private Competitiveness Council, making policy proposals for education, infrastructure and logistics articulated between the public and private sectors. She also carried out consultations related to health and Covid-19 with public health institutions in Peru.
