Nadya is a former educator and gifted communicator who helps teams structure, then solve, complex problems so they can turn intention into action – and action into results. She is passionate about protecting our planet for future generations and providing education opportunities for all.
Nadya worked with Bloomberg Philanthropies and NRDC to design and deliver a programme to support 25 US cities in reducing their carbon emissions. She also designed and rolled out a delivery programme for the World Health Organisation (WHO) to support eight countries in meeting ambitious health objectives. Currently, she advises the UK government on their ongoing delivery priorities.
Prior to joining DA, Nadya was a teacher for three years, and was responsible for the Gifted and Talented cohort at her school. Under her leadership, the cohort achieved its best results in the school’s history. She was a public sector consultant with BCG, advising the UK government, Transport for London and multiple private companies across the travel and finance sectors. She also served as COO for an education technology start-up serving over 100 schools across the UK.
