Narcis Jafarian

Narcis is a strategy and delivery leader with 10+ years of experience advising ministers, senior government officials, executives, and cross-functional teams on strategy, public policy, large-scale transformation, and AI adoption. She is particularly interested in uncovering and defining key strategic priorities, then translating them into practical delivery to help leaders achieve lasting impact.

Delivery Experience

Narcis is the Chief of Staff in the CEO’s Office at DA. Before that, she led the delivery of the firm’s internal AI Strategy.

Previously, as a Project Leader, she worked across AI strategy and delivery, fund management, and international development. She supported a multi-donor fund to implement adaptive results-based portfolio management across 16 projects and led its end-of-program impact reporting.

Other Experience

Before joining DA, Narcis worked with PwC Middle East’s Government and Public Sector Strategy and Transformations Team. During her tenure, she worked on high-profile engagements, including developing a national eLearning strategy covering 300,000+ students, designing a strategy to increase the share of local citizen participation in the private sector, and evaluating the case lifecycle in a litigation process to improve citizens’ experience with the judicial process.  

Earlier in her career, Narcis worked in transactions and deals strategy, conducting valuations and commercial and financial due diligence across multiple sectors.

Narcis also worked with the World Wildlife Fund on an international conservation initiative spanning eight countries in South America and Asia, where she led the end-to-end delivery of the engagement and developed design principles for a global declaration on river dolphin conservation.
