Natalia is a skilled data analyst who has worked with governments and the third sector on research, project evaluations, and data analysis. She excels in providing a data-driven perspective, and is passionate about improving women’s rights and education.
Natalia is currently working to provide information technology courses to low-income students around Brazil to qualify them for local job opportunities. She helps the team to diagnose problems by using data and information about best practices and similar successful cases.
Previously, Natalia was a project evaluator for an educational program that works with young women from low-income communities. She watched these women become independent as they learned about empowerment, gender equality, entrepreneurship, and women’s rights. Their new knowledge helped them to understand their value and replicate what they learned to help other women in their communities.
