Neha is committed to helping governments, particularly those at the local level, deliver—and sustain—concrete and meaningful results for the people they serve. An analytical thinker, she believes in clear, concise communication and favors a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Neha is currently helping LA County establish a delivery unit dedicated to ensuring equitable outcomes as part of the county's alternative crisis response to law enforcement. Stewarded by the department of mental health, this priority will expand on the rollout of the national 988 hotline for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Neha previously supported civic innovation teams in mayoral offices across the U.S., starting with the City of Los Angeles and working most recently with the City of Boston. During her time at these in-house city hall consultancies, her projects spanned public health, affordable housing, and urban technology. Before that, she managed the storytelling strategy for global brands in New York City.
