Pablo is supporting an NGO in the UK with defining goals, key performance indicators, targets and implementation plans related to their work in evidence-based social policy.
As a consultant at Access Partnership in London, Pablo assisted Big Tech companies in designing their public policy strategies in multiple geographies. He also managed the research and drafting of policy papers on topics related to technological development in the public sector, such as digital identity implementation.
Additionally, Pablo has served in different positions of the executive and legislative powers at the federal and state levels in Argentina.
As Managing Director of Argentina 2030, the long-term strategy unit of the Argentine Presidency, he supervised a team of advisors and was responsible for monitoring initiatives related to technological change and digital transformation. He also drafted long-term planning and policy initiatives.
As Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Culture's Cultural Integration Secretariat, he led a team of advisors focused on cross-departmental policy implementation. In two years, his team introduced digital management tools to maximise the Secretariat's efficiency, established routines and workflows, and achieved all of their objectives while reducing public spending by 18%.
