Pablo has also worked with an international development fund, leveraging Design Thinking principles to create Results-Based Management (RBM) interventions. He supported RBM implementation in Kano State, Nigeria, improving data systems and enhancing project delivery.

Additionally, in collaboration with a top UK NGO, Pablo has advised on setting KPIs and targets, helped redesign management systems and processes for greater efficiency, and facilitated workshops to strengthen the implementation capabilities of local government teams in England.

Other Experience

Before joining DA, Pablo was a tech policy consultant, where one of his key achievements was steering a digital identity project for a Big Tech firm. Representing the firm’s global think tank, he engaged with government officials across multiple countries to draft strategies for implementing digital identity in diverse contexts.

In public service, Pablo served as Chief of Staff for the Secretariat of Integration in Argentina’s Ministry of Culture. Under his leadership, the department modernised operations by integrating digital management tools, streamlining workflows, and eliminating paper-based systems. These efforts exceeded targets while reducing public expenditure by 18%.

Pablo also served as Executive Secretary of the Argentina 2030 Unit, the long-term strategy office of the Argentine Presidency, advising on technological change, the knowledge economy, and digital transformation.
