He is passionate about the potential for well-run governments, socially-responsible companies, and evidence-based nonprofits to form a better society if incentives are properly aligned.

Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Paul worked as a consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, helping multiple U.S. state agencies respond to financial and operational crises. Paul is passionate about community building, and currently serves as a board member for a DC-based refugee resettlement organization. He also started an initiative that led to the removal of a Confederate monument in his hometown.
