Delivery Associates (DA) announced the promotion of Juan Riesco to Director this week. This pivotal move is part of DA’s strategic plan to strengthen its core capabilities in its Measurement, Learning, and Evaluation (M&E) and Digital practices, essential for driving measurable impact for its partners. As Director, Riesco will join DA’s Executive Leadership Team, helping shape the organization’s strategic goals and global growth.

Juan’s tenure at DA has been marked by a track record of delivery across much of the organization’s global footprint, including North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa. His work has catalyzed government innovation in Latin America, propelled educational reforms in Puerto Rico, and fostered numerous partnerships aimed at enhancing delivery, data, and measurement systems globally. Prior to his work at DA, Juan worked with the World Bank and Harvard University to advise governments on economic diversification, strategy, and implementation. He also served in the Chilean Government as part of President Piñera’s Delivery Unit, Chief of Staff to the Minister of National Assets, and Advisor to the Governor of Santiago.

Juan’s new role is part of a deliberate strategy, deepening DA's commitment to being at the forefront of M&E and digital transformation in the public and social sectors. It is also a response to growing demand for DA's partners in government and the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, who continue to seek to drive accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness through robust measurement, adaptive learning, and digital innovation. DA’s aspiration is to be the best in the world at meeting this demand.
