Katie works in the education practice at Delivery Associates (DA) and focuses on driving impact for districts, states, and partners.

Other Experience

Before joining DA, Katie was President and CEO of the Nashville Public Education Foundation (NPEF), a nonprofit dedicated to identifying challenges and advancing evidence-based solutions in Nashville’s public schools. At NPEF, Katie spearheaded the city’s teacher salary study that led to the largest pay increase for teachers in district history, launched a child and youth collaborative to drive collective impact, led the implementation of a leadership framework and pipeline strategy for Nashville’s public schools, and implemented programs to eliminate the digital divide among public school families in the wake of the COVID pandemic.

Previously, Katie was Executive Director of Talent Strategy for Metro Nashville Public Schools, where she oversaw teacher and school leader recruitment and retention. Katie has also held roles at Education First Consulting and the Tennessee Comptroller’s Office, and she has led her own consultancy supporting national education nonprofits and state agencies.
